The Shabby Wool Shop will not disclose buyers’ information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment.

POSTAGE

Goods are sent by Royal Mail. Proof of postage will be obtained. However, there is an extra charge for overseas postage by priority Airmail ,recorded delivery and/or insurance, please email us at info@shabbywoolshop.co.uk for further information

Provided your item is in stock we will normally dispatch your order within 2 business days, please allow 15 days before contacting us. Should your item not be in stock we will inform you by email and ask whether you would like it to be placed on back-order.

Please note: We do not accept responsibility for any delays caused by Royal Mail or your own country's postal delivery service, these are out of our control.

RETURNS POLICY

Cancellation of an order. You have the right to cancel your order any time up and including seven days after delivery.

For a full refund, you must contact us in writing (by email or by letter), but not by telephone, within seven days, and goods must be returned unopened and in a re-saleable condition.

You will be responsible for the original shipping costs, and the cost of returning the goods. We cannot be liable for returned goods which are lost or damaged in transit, so please ensure you use a recorded delivery service and insure the items for their value.

You will receive a cheque from us or a credit will appear on your paypal account within thirty days of our receipt of the goods.

What if you receive damaged goods?
Goods leave our premises in first class order. If they arrive damaged we will forward to you any information needed for you to reclaim their value from the postal services.
We cannot be held responsible for damage during transit and insurance can be provided on request.


How to return goods.
Goods returned must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, order number, customer’s email address, phone number and delivery address. All goods should be sent recorded delivery, and must be insured for the full value of the contents. The Shabby Wool Shop cannot be responsible for lost or uninsured packages.

When advising us of cancellation of an order, or that you received damaged goods, please email us, so that written notification is available if needed.

PRIVACY POLICY

We do not disclose customer information to any third parties. Registered customers will be emailed by The Shabby Wool Shop from time to time, with news about the shop unless they opt out of this service.

We reserve the right not to sell to any prospective customer at our sole discretion.
